Modern data analysis techniques can reveal trends that indicate attrition risks. Using this analysis, organizations can identify which employees are more likely to resign and implement strategies to prevent it from occurring. 

Combining behavior data with feedback from surveys and conversations, companies are empowered to give a more holistic view of their employee experience and gain insights to improve it. All these factors positively influence the employee retention rate of any company.
